How long does delivery take?

UK orders are dispatched by our UK supply partner within 1 business day and typically arrive 2–5 business days from when you place your order. That range already includes processing time. Delivery is free with tracking, no minimum spend.

Which countries do you ship to?

The United Kingdom only, for now.

How much is delivery?

Free on every UK order, with no minimum spend.

Who delivers my order?

Royal Mail, Evri or DPD, depending on parcel size and destination. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will get a tracking link by email at dispatch. See our Track Your Order page for help.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. It must be unused, in original condition and in its original packaging. See Returns & Refunds for full details.

My item arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?

Email support@kalmvia.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund and cover return postage.

When will I be refunded?

Within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.

Will there be extra charges when my order arrives?

No. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay for UK delivery. There are no additional charges, customs fees or taxes to pay when your order arrives.

What payment methods do you accept?

See our Payment Methods page for the current list. All payments are processed securely and Kalmvia never sees or stores your full card number.

Are your products medical devices?

No. Our products are for general wellness and home fitness use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. If you have a health condition or injury, check with a qualified professional before starting a new exercise routine.
