However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen displays colours accurately, and minor differences may occur. Where a product is made by another manufacturer, we name them. Our products are intended for general consumer and home fitness use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in GBP. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay for UK delivery, with no additional charges on delivery. Payment is required at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers, which may include Shopify Payments and PayPal. We do not store your full card details. Your payment data is handled directly by the payment provider in line with their own security standards.

Any struck-through “was” price shown next to a product is a genuine price the item was previously offered at, not an inflated figure.

Kalmvia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

Fraud is suspected
Incorrect pricing is displayed
Payment is not authorised
Order details are incomplete
Stock is unavailable

A contract between you and Kalmvia is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Kalmvia is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, Kalmvia pays return postage and refunds or replaces the item in full.

Refund processing time: 5 to 10 business days after approval.
